We collect: (a) Account information — name, email address, and password when you register; (b) Authentication data — if you sign in via Google OAuth, we receive your name and email from Google; (c) Usage data — prompts you create, favorites, copy counts, and feature interactions; (d) Payment data — processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your full card details; (e) Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies for session management.
We use your information to: provide and improve the Service; process payments and manage subscriptions; send transactional emails (welcome, subscription confirmation, password reset) via Resend; respond to support requests; detect and prevent fraudulent or abusive activity; comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: Stripe (payment processing); Resend (transactional email delivery); Vercel (hosting infrastructure); Neon / PostgreSQL (database hosting). All processors are contractually required to protect your data and use it only for the services they provide to us.
We use essential session cookies (via NextAuth.js) required for authentication. We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, or analytics that identify you personally without consent. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and request consent where required.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed within 30 days. Prompt content you created may be retained in anonymized form for platform improvement. Payment records are retained as required by law (typically 7 years).

Your data may be processed on servers located in the United States (Vercel, Stripe, Resend). By using the Service, you consent to this transfer. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for cross-border data transfers.
