By accessing or using EvobrainAI ("the Service", "the Platform"), operated by Prospek 360 / EvobrainAI ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
EvobrainAI is a SaaS platform providing a curated library of AI prompts, a Prompt Builder tool, and related productivity features for entrepreneurs, content creators, and digital professionals. The Service is available in both Free and Pro subscription tiers.
You must create an account to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
EvobrainAI offers a Free plan and a Pro subscription (monthly or annual). Pro subscriptions are billed in Canadian dollars (CAD) through our payment processor Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; your Pro access will remain active until the end of the paid period. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on annual Pro subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within 14 days of your purchase, contact us at support@evobrainai.com for a full refund. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period has started. We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that appear to be abusive or in bad faith.
You agree not to: (a) resell or redistribute prompts or platform content without written authorization; (b) use the Service for unlawful purposes; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform; (d) share your account credentials with others; (e) use the Service to create content that is harmful, misleading, or infringes third-party rights.
All content, prompts, and features created or curated by EvobrainAI remain the intellectual property of Prospek 360 / EvobrainAI. Prompts you create yourself using the platform remain yours. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content for the purpose of providing the Service.
EvobrainAI may offer an affiliate or referral program. Participation is subject to separate affiliate terms. We reserve the right to modify commission rates, payment schedules, and eligibility criteria at any time with reasonable notice. Fraudulent referrals or abuse of the affiliate program will result in account termination and forfeiture of commissions.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions beyond our control.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are otherwise harmful to the platform or its users. Upon termination, you lose access to the Service and your data may be deleted after 30 days.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EvobrainAI and Prospek 360 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Montreal, Quebec.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice in the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
